Our Rates and Check-in / Check-out

Welcome! We’ve decided to roll back to 2003 prices because we know everyone making a normal income has been hit hard by the price gouging going on at the pump.

Our rate has been reduced to $99/night; a savings directly to you of $11/night… and those savings add up quickly!

A two night minimum stay is generally required (although single nights are available if sandwiched between two other existing reservations, so be sure to check first). Guests who reserve the suite for a week receive an additional discount and pay only $650 for those 7 nights. Payment is expected upon confirmed reservation by phone. We accept personal checks. State occupancy tax is 7%.

Check-In is after 4 p.m.

Check-Out is by 11:00 a.m.

Due to limited time from our work schedules and having only one suite, we cannot make exceptions to the Check-Out time.

Cancellation Policy: Payment in full is expected at time of reservation. A personal or business check is required. If a cancellation is made more than one month prior to arrival, 50% of the payment will be refunded. There is no refund if the cancellation is made less than one month prior to arrival, unless we are able to re-rent the suite, in which case a 50% refund policy applies.

Availability

Reservations for our summer visitors have begun, but many prime dates remain available. This is a great time to reserve. The next time you look us up may be one day too late… Don’t let that happen or you may find yourself staying at a chain motel instead of our superior accommodations for a comparable price!

Restrictions

We’re sorry, but for various insurance, health, and noise reasons, and in the interest of all guests who have reserved the suite after your departure, we do not make exceptions to the following:

  • Two person maximum occupancy,
  • Friends/family can visit, but not for gatherings or overnight stays,
  • Pets are not allowed, and,
  • Smoking is not permitted.

We ask that you understand and respect our restrictions.
